Terms of Service

• Bookings are made through this page and confirmed by email. Please arrive a few minutes early.
• Patch test: for tints, lash lifts and first-time treatments, a patch test at least 24–48 hours

before your appointment may be required for your safety.

• Cancellations / changes: please give at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may

be charged up to the treatment price.

• Late arrival may mean your appointment is shortened so the next client isn't delayed.
• Prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable; they may change over time.
• Allergies / sensitivities: please tell us before your appointment (tint, adhesive, lifting products).
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are non-refundable.
• We may decline or stop a treatment where it would be unsafe or inappropriate (e.g. eye irritation or infection).
